Position Overview

We help enterprise organizations modernize and optimize their ERP landscape by delivering scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and supply chain resilience.
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise ERP transformation programs. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions from discovery through deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures aligned with industry best practices.
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions covering Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Cost Management, Transportation Management, and Asset Management.
- Develop enterprise architecture standards, governance models, solution blueprints, and technical design documentation.
- Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Azure Integration Services, CRM applications, ISV solutions, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-availability ERP environments following Microsoft’s Success by Design framework and implementation best practices.
- Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with business users to optimize operational processes and improve system adoption.
- Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, testing, deployment, hyper-care, and production support.
- Define data migration, integration, security, and environment strategies for enterprise ERP implementations.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, technical architects, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor solution consultants, developers, and architects while promoting architecture standards and reusable implementation assets.
- Support innovation initiatives by evaluating new Microsoft technologies including Copilot, AI capabilities, Power Platform, and Azure services within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP consulting and enterprise solution architecture.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management modules.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot integration.
- Experience defining enterprise security models, role-based access control, governance, and compliance strategies.
- Strong understanding of data migration, reporting, business intelligence, and system integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid implementation methodologies.
Required Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing global, multi-company, multi-country Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.
- Consulting or Microsoft Partner/System Integrator background.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance methodologies.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, Professional Services, Financial Services, or Public Sector industries.
- Knowledge of ISV solutions, EDI integrations, banking interfaces, tax engines, and enterprise middleware platforms.
- Experience contributing to architecture governance boards, solution reviews, and technical leadership initiatives.
- Additional Microsoft certifications in Azure, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform.
