Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&SCM Senior Consultant to lead functional consulting activities, business process transformation, solution design, and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery workshops and gather detailed client requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend best-practice solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, solution blueprints, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
- Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to business stakeholders.
- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development when required.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 product enhancements and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 F&SCM experience.
- Strong expertise in one or more functional areas including: Finance, General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management.
- Multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance and Supply Chain domains.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and integration.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate business process transformation discussions.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Required Certifications
- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) and/or
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with global ERP implementations and multi-country deployments.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, or Professional Services.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Commerce, Project Operations, or Human Resources modules.
- Additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
