Apply TodayWe hire primarily across four Microsoft practices: Azure (architects, engineers, DevOps specialists), Business Applications (D365 CRM and ERP functional consultants and technical developers), Modern Workplace & Security (M365 architects, Teams engineers, Sentinel security analysts), and Data & Power Platform (data engineers, Power BI developers, Power Platform architects). We also hire into delivery management, sales and corporate functions.
For experienced roles, active Microsoft certifications in your technology area are strongly preferred but not always mandatory — equivalent demonstrable hands-on experience will be considered. For graduate and junior roles, we assess aptitude, attitude and foundational knowledge, then invest in getting you certified through our Academy programme. We cover all exam fees and provide study time as part of your role.
Our process is thorough but fair: an initial 30-minute video call with our Talent team; a technical interview with a practice lead assessing your Microsoft expertise through scenario-based questions; and a final competency interview with a Director. We aim to complete the process within 2–3 weeks and provide detailed feedback at every stage.
We operate a genuine hybrid model — most roles are 2–3 days per week at a client site or Cambay office, with the remaining days home-working. We have offices in the USA (New York, Austin), Canada (Toronto), India (Hyderabad, Pune) and UAE (Dubai). Cambay does not enforce rigid office attendance policies — we trust our people to manage their working patterns professionally.
Every Cambay employee receives a $3,000+ annual learning budget covering Microsoft certification exams, online learning platforms, external courses and conferences. Exam fees are reimbursed on pass. You receive paid study leave when preparing for certifications. We have an internal certification league table and pay a bonus for each new active Microsoft certification achieved.
Cambay has a published career framework with clear progression criteria from Graduate Consultant through to Principal Consultant, Practice Lead and Director levels.
