We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working with technical teams and clients, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear progress reports.
- Manage client communication, escalations, and expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Support resource planning, budget tracking, and project governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing technology/software implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and multiple concurrent projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft cloud transformation, migration, or modernization projects.
