Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise M365 solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with M365 capabilities, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of M365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance tools
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop robust M365 architectures and integration plans
- Design and oversee migration strategies for on-premises workloads to M365 cloud services
- Develop governance models, best practices, and security frameworks around M365 platform usage.
- Provide technical leadership during project execution and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all M365 services.
- Work with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure M365 solutions align with company standards and regulatory compliance
- Conduct workshops, trainings, and documentation sessions for IT staff and end users
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft updates and product roadmaps to advise stakeholders on improvements or new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of M365 core services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender for M365, etc.).
- Expertise in M365 security, governance, and compliance configurations.
- Hands-on experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid configurations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional but advantageous)
