A certified PMP and ScrumMaster, Don has built his career architecting high-impact Project Management Offices (PMOs) and leading complex digital transformations. His expertise spans Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks, with a proven track record of implementing scalable systems for resource management, enterprise reporting, and process improvement. Under his leadership, Cambay has advanced its operational maturity through data-driven decision-making and streamlined service delivery models.

Prior to Cambay, Don held senior leadership roles at Quisitive, Starz (Lionsgate), DaVita, and TeleTech, where he modernized PMOs, mentored teams of project managers and business analysts, and orchestrated large-scale organizational change initiatives.
