Bob’s journey in technology began with a strong academic foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Valparaiso University. This dual-degree education provided him with a unique and powerful perspective, he understands not only the intricacies of software development and system architecture but also the fundamental business principles that drive an organization. This dual expertise allows him to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring that every solution he designs and implements is both technically sound and strategically aligned with our clients’ operational goals.

For over 30 years, Bob has been a leading force in the development of business software solutions. Early in his career, he focused on helping small companies streamline their operations. As his expertise grew, he shifted his focus to the upper middle market, where he has been instrumental in developing and deploying sophisticated ERP solutions for a wide range of industries.

Bob’s impressive career trajectory includes key leadership positions at some of the industry’s most respected firms. As a Senior Solution Architect / President at Magna Business Consulting, he honed his skills in designing and leading complex projects. He has also served as a Dynamics Practice Manager at both New Era Technology and Concurrency, Inc., where he was responsible for building and mentoring high-performing teams. His experience as Senior Director of Business Development for Dynamics 365 at Confiz and Vice President at NTT DATA Services further solidified his expertise in strategy, growth, and client relations. Most recently, as the Dynamics 365 F&O Practice Lead at Centric Consulting, he led the charge in implementing cutting-edge Finance and Operations solutions.

As Cambay Solutions’ BC Practice Director, he spearheads strategy, delivery, and innovation across the firm’s Business Central portfolio, driving transformative outcomes for small to mid-sized enterprises nationwide.

His work is defined by scalable ERP strategies, sharp process optimization, and budget-conscious innovation. With more than 60 successful hands-on BC implementations, including enterprise-scale deployments, Mohammad is recognized as a catalyst for operational excellence and digital growth.

Mohammad holds advanced degrees in Physics and Computer Science from Kent State University, grounding his approach in analytical precision and strategic foresight. From launching new initiatives to solving complex ERP challenges, he remains committed to delivering optimal and tailored solutions with measurable impact.

Before joining Cambay, Mohammad held senior leadership roles at Lean Back-Office (Apple Growth Partners), Socius, Velosio, NAVDNA, and ECS Innovations Lab. Across every chapter, he has built offshore delivery models, led product innovation, and consistently ranked as a top performer and change agent.

Don Clarke

Don Clarke is a transformational operations leader with 25+ years of experience driving enterprise excellence for technology organizations. As Executive Director of Business Operations at Cambay Solutions, he spearheads the strategic scaling of delivery capabilities, business process optimization, and cross-functional operational alignment to support the company’s growth as a Microsoft solutions partner.

A certified PMP and ScrumMaster, Don has built his career architecting high-impact Project Management Offices (PMOs) and leading complex digital transformations. His expertise spans Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks, with a proven track record of implementing scalable systems for resource management, enterprise reporting, and process improvement. Under his leadership, Cambay has advanced its operational maturity through data-driven decision-making and streamlined service delivery models.

Prior to Cambay, Don held senior leadership roles at Quisitive, Starz (Lionsgate), DaVita, and TeleTech, where he modernized PMOs, mentored teams of project managers and business analysts, and orchestrated large-scale organizational change initiatives. An advocate for remote-first collaboration, he is passionate about fostering cultures of transparency and continuous improvement.

Beyond work, Don embraces the rugged serenity of Spirit Lake, Idaho, where he stewards a 5-acre forest homestead with his wife Denise. When not optimizing business operations, he cultivates lavender fields, maintains an apiary, and prepares for mountain winters with his golden retriever Bella.
